Stability analysis for a nonlinear continuity equation

We discuss the notion of stability of a nonlinear continuity equation with singular velocity considered in the measure-valued setting. A metric on measures, in which the solutions are continuous both in time and in respect to perturbation of the initial condition is constructed. Using this result, we propose a convergent scheme for numerical simulation of the equation.
