Analysis of a model of the Calvin cycle

The dynamical properties of systems of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) have been studied in various chemical reaction network formulations. Among these, the Calvin cycle stands out as a widely recognised chemical reaction network that plays a central role in the photosynthetic reactions crucial to plant physiology. This research focuses on a model representing the Calvin cycle and investigates the qualitative features of its dynamical solutions. The dynamical system is meticulously analysed with appropriate parameters, and the results are visually presented through illustrative simulation results.
