About the Plenipotentiaries
Doctor Wanda Niemyska and Professor Jerzy Tyszkiewicz serve as the Dean’s Plenipotentiaries for Equality and Equal Treatment at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics (MIMUW).

Scope of Support
Both of us are available to discuss and assist with:
- Equality and fair treatment concerns
- Suspected discrimination
- Experiences of mobbing or sexual harassment
- Cases of hate speech
- Requests to use preferred names and pronouns
We do not hold any formal disciplinary authority, but can act informally to mediate or resolve issues. If needed, we can help initiate formal university procedures involving authorized persons and bodies.
We are neither psychologists nor therapists, but can offer initial support and refer individuals to professional help.
