Registration for office hours of the vice-dean for student affairs

Before you sign up for a meeting with the vice-dean for student affairs, check if solving your problem really requires the dean's help.

Start by reviewing the information available on the Faculty website.

If this is not enough, write to the student office. Many common issues can already be sorted out at this level.

If the student office staff are unable to help you, they will inform you that you need to apply via usosweb (submit a USOS application) or refer your problem to the dean, who will decide on a possible meeting.
