MEASURE SOLUTIONS TO PERTURBED TRANSPORT EQUATION

We consider a linear perturbation into velocity field of transport equation. We investigate solutions in the space of bounded Radon measures and show that they are differentiable with respect to parameter in a proper space, which is predual to (C^{1+\alpha})^* . The result on differentiability is necessary for the application in the optimal control theory
