This work investigates generalized proportional fractional Caputo-type derivatives under generalized Hukuhara differentiability for Goursat problems. Two distinct types of proportional fractional gH-differentiability are analyzed, and existence and uniqueness results are established using fixed-point theory. The framework is applied to model magnetohydrodynamic couple stress fluid flow through a porous channel under external pressure, incorporating mass transport and heat transfer effects. The resulting system is solved numerically using an implicit finite difference method. The generalized proportional fractional approach provides improved representation of memory effects compared to classical and standard fractional models. Physical quantities such as velocity, temperature, concentration, Nusselt number, Sherwood number, and skin friction are evaluated.
