We will investigate frequency-dependent selection model (with one locus, two alleles, two phenotypes and finite population) based on evolutionary game theory. Next we will include stochastic fluctuations in the model, and convert deterministic equation into the master equation. The master equation will be approximated with Fokker-Planck equation, which we will use to predict mean and variance of both allele and phenotypic frequency. Based on Y. Tao, R. Cressman, B.
