We are interested in subsets of the Cantor space C. Assume that M denotes meager sets, N stands for null sets, M/\N is the intersection ideal, and + is the standard addition in C. We prove in the ZFC the following fact. Suppose that X is such that for every set F from M/\N,  X+F is null. Then for every F from M/\N,   X+F is meager.
