We show the importance of some pseudo linear transformations.
They give a convenient point of view on the polynomial maps as they
correspond to the linear maps associated to the evaluation, they permit
the extension of the product formula for evaluation allowing coefficients in a ring
instead of a division ring, they allow us to introduce the evaluation of skew polynomials in
two variables. Applications will also be given.
