Oseen flows and Muckenhoupt weights

We shall consider time-periodic Oseen flows around a rotating body and establish weighted apriori estimates in L^q -spaces with weights of Muckenhoupt type. After a time-dependent change of coordinates the problem is reduced to a stationary Oseen equation with an additional term in the equation of momentum and can be handled with tools as variants of Muckenhoupt weights, weighted Littlewood-Paley decompositions, maximal operators, and anisotropic factorization theorems.
