New interpretation of the boundary condition for functions in weighted Sobolev spaces.

We discuss certain new interpretation of the boundary condition for functions in weighted Sobolev space when trace embedding theorems are not known. Moreover, we will apply it to uniqueness of solutions for degenerated elliptic PDEs with nonhomogeneous boundary condition. The talk will be partally based on results obtained together with A.
