In this presentation, we address a theoretical study and its numerical simulations of CAR-T cell-based therapies for solid tumors. We study mathematically the periodic CAR-T cells instillations using impulsive differential equations which are studied using theory of dynamical systems. Thus, we calculate a critical value of the CAR-T cells dose for successful treatment.
Finally, we find a relationship between the number of doses and the strength of dose of treatment, which can be useful for medical applications.
