Logging into USOSweb and into student mail

Logging into USOSweb

Go to the faculty or central USOSweb site. Please enter your PESEL as your login. Enter the password from the IRK system as your password.

If you do not have a PESEL number, please contact the student office (sstud@mimuw.edu.pl) and we will generate a login and password for you. This information will be sent to the email address provided in IRK. Detailed information on PESEL number.

Logging into student mail

Go to student mail. Please enter your user ID as your login. It is in the form of xy123456, where x is the first letter of your first name, y is the first letter of your last name and 123456 is your student identification number. Use lower case alphabet without Polish characters. For example: Łukasz Żebrowski, student ID number 345123 will have the login: lz345123. You can also view your ID in USOSweb under User Information in the bottom right corner of the MY USOSWEB tab. Enter the password from the Internet Recruitment of Candidates (IRK) as your password.

Solving problems / Hints

If you manage to log in to USOSweb, but have problems logging in to your student mailbox (this can happen if you use Polish letters in your IRK password), change your password in USOSweb. After about 15-25 minutes, try to log in to your mail using the new password. If you have problems logging into USOSweb, please contact the student office (sstud@mimuw.edu.pl) and we will reset your password.
