• Joachim Jelisiejew, my former postdoc (research assistant professor, or adiunkt) at IMPAN 2017-2019. Formerly PhD student at MIMUW 2013-2017 under my supervision (jointly with Weronika Buczyńska). He was awarded a PhD grant Preludium financed by NCN (2015-2017) "Local geometry of the Hilbert scheme of points and its applications". PhD Thesis Hilbert schemes of points and their applications" defended in Sep 2017. Also, in 2012-2013, he was an MSc student under my supervision. • Chris Miller, a PhD student at University of California, Berkeley. He was a visiting fellow at MIMUW within the WCMCS program for four months in 2016; I was his advisor for that period in Warsaw.

• Piotr Pokora, my former postdoc (research assistant professor, or adiunkt) at IMPAN 2017-2019. Also, formerly a PhD student at Pedagogical University in Cracow, also WCMCS fellow in Warsaw in 2013/2014. I served as his supporting advisor in years 2013-2015. PhD Thesis defended Feb 2015: Minkowski decompositions and degenerations of Okounkov bodies.

• Filip Rupniewski, a PhD student at IMPAN 2017-2022. He was awarded a PhD grant Preludium financed by NCN (2020-2022) "Tensor ranks and rank additivity property". PhD Thesis defended in Mar 2022: Ranks of tensors, related varieties and rank additivity property for small cases. Also, in 2015-2017, he was an MSc student under my supervision. MSc Thesis defended Jan 2017: Tensors of border rank 3 and Strassen's additivity conjecture.
