Description and scope of the employee in the project |
1. | Development of complex continuous mathematical models describing biological phenomena related to tumour growth (models that take into account the excitability and adaptability phenomena); |
2. | Mathematical analysis of the models using the singular perturbation;
3. | Analysis of the theoretical results using numerical methods and computer simulation;
4. | Comparison of the theoretical results with the experimental data;
5. | Study of the pattern formation (spiral and scroll waves);
6. | Mathematical relationships between different models.
