Currently I’m an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw. I’m a low-dimensional topologist specializing in knot theory.
I obtained my PhD in 2015 at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań under the supervision of Prof. Krzysztof Pawałowski.

My research is focused on low-dimensional topology. I’m interested in the study of symmetries of knots and links. In particular, I’ve been studying applications of homological knot invariants (e.g. Khovanov-Rozansky homology and its variants) to problems concerning symmetries of knots and links.
Recently I’ve been thinking about concordance of knots in the presence of a strong involution and about applications of surgery theory to classification problems of topological four-manifolds.
