Improved Approximation Ratio for Strategyproof Facility Location on a Cycle
    IJCAI 2025
This paper investigates strategy-proof in expectation mechanisms for facility location on cycles and establishes a new upper bound: a randomized mechanism combining Random Dictator and Proportional Circle Distance achieves a 7/4 approximation ratio for social cost, improving on previous results for n≥5.
