By public transport:
From the airport, take bus No. 175 in the direction "pl. Piłsudskiego". Bus stops are in front of arrivals at the terminal building. A single ticket costs 3.60PLN (approx. 0.8EUR), you can buy them from a ticket machine at the bus stop (pay with cash or card), or from a newsagent in the terminal building. Get off the bus at the stop "Uniwersytet"; the trip takes about 40 mins. or more in the morning or afternoon rush hour.
By taxi:
There is a taxi stand in front of arrivals at the terminal building. Ask for the University main campus or for Hotel Harenda. The trip should cost around 40PLN (approx. 9EUR).

Find the meeting:
If you come to the venue from the local bus stop or from the hotel, you will enter the University campus from the West, through the main gate from Krakowskie Przedmieście street:
After the gate simply walk straight for 200 meters, past the Old Library, to reach Kazimierzowski Palace:
See an aerial view of the campus, where the main gate is at the bottom, and the Palace is at the top, marked with number 1.
In the Palace, head for Brudzinski Room (sala Brudzińskiego, room no. 7) on the ground floor.
