We are searching for a PhD candidate to join a research project called Combined genomic, phenotypic and spatial analysis of intra-tumor heterogeneity.

Tasks in the project:

Developing probabilistic models in computational oncology. The project aims at Bayesian models to deconvolute spatial transcriptomics data.

Requirements:

Successful candidate will be chosen based on their previous scientific achievements, as well as experience and skills in

a)       Statistical modeling

b)       Bayesian statistics

c)        Mathematics

d)     Python and R programming

e)     Excellent English written and spoken

f)     Enrolment in a PhD studies programme

The offer:

We offer a PhD student a stipend of 3000PLN per month, until the end of the project.

Evaluation process:

The candidates will be evaluated by a commission consisting of three qualified members, and ranked based on their qualifications. The top ranked candidate will be selected.
