Workshop on
Applied High Performance Numerical Algorithms for PDEs

Warsaw, Poland

The workshop will be held in conjunction with the 10th International Conference on Parallel Processing and Applied Mathematics PPAM 2013. The workshop aims to provide a forum for presentation of new ideas or achievements in numerical solution of Partial Differential Equations and their applications. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• parallel algorithms for PDEs and their implementation
• preconditioning techniques
• domain decomposition methods
• multilevel and multigrid methods
• multiscale methods
• nonconforming discretizations
• computational fluid dynamics
• PDE driven geometric modeling

A limited number of contributed talks will be selected for presentation in this workshop. Papers presented in the conference will go through the normal review process in order to be included in the proceedings which will be published after the conference by Springer in the LNCS series. Authors should follow the rules of PPAM conference described on the webpage http://ppam.pl/submission and submit full papers (draft version, PDF file, not exceeding 10 pages, typeset using LNCS style) together with abstract, via the online submission system before May 12, 2013. Only papers presented at PPAM 2013 will be included in the proceedings.

• Notification of acceptance: : May 31, 2013 June 15, 2013
• Camera-ready papers: November 15, 2013
