Measure Theory (Fall 2019)

Classes take place each Wednesday at 10:15-11:45 am. in classroom 3160.

Textbook

We follow the book Measure theory and fine properties of functions by L.C.Evans and R.F.Gariepy.

Office hours

Friday 4-5:30 pm. They take place in my office (5240).

Evaluation Plan

Admission for the final exam will be determined by

40% - one midterm.

40% - one written homework.

20% - active performance during classes. If you have problems with anxiety related to public presentation these points can be alternatively obtained during my office hours but this is up to you.

?% - extra credit, difficult problems submitted writen to me. I will very clearly specify each of these problems during the class.
