TRANSPORT PHENOMENA
IN MATHEMATICAL BIOLOGY

Organized by Tomasz Dębiec, Piotr Gwiazda, Pierre-Emmanuel Jabin, Benoît Perthame, Agnieszka Świerczewska-Gwiazda.
The meeting will focus on recent results for transport and continuity equations with a particular insight into applications in mathematical biology.
Various aspect, including modelling, analysis and numerical analysis will be discussed.

Practical Info
The workshop takes place at the Banach Center, which is a part of the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IM PAN) and
at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw.
Please note that the first day's lectures (Monday 22.01) take place at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at Banacha 2, in room 2180
on the first floor.
A convenient way to get there from IMPAN/MDM is to take the tram line 15 from the stop "plac Politechniki", and get off at the stop "Bitwy Warszawskiej 1920" -
- the faculty building is then a short walk away. The entrance to the building is from Pasteura street.
On Tuesday and Wednesday the workshop takes place at the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
